What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Central Peninsula Hospital?
POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides clerical and workflow support to the Information Services and Cyber Security department by supporting the management of the department’s tracking systems (spreadsheets, budget reports, etc.), organizing various files, timely processing of budget and vendor documents including but not limited to invoices, contracts, financial projections based upon proposed spending, assisting with department purchasing and supporting other department staff as directed by the Director, Information Services and Cyber Security (ISCS).
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
2 years of Microsoft Office Suite experience including Excel and demonstration of basic budget, contract and procurement management skills.
PREFERRED:
3 years if data processing/PC Networking experience
3 of purchasing/billing experience
2 years of Telecom billing
