Job Title: Compression Station Lead

Schedule: Dayshift, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)

Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Compression Station Mechanic to join our small team at a methane gas capture facility. You’ll play a key role in keeping our equipment running smoothly and ensuring safe, efficient operations in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair compressors, pumps, and valves for the methane gas system.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure everything is operating at its best.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines to keep the system running smoothly.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and parts used.
• Help maintain an organized, clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably with methane gas or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solid mechanical knowledge.
• Understanding of safety standards in industrial settings.
• Able to work independently and lift heavy equipment.
• Comfortable working in a small team at a close-knit facility.

Preferred:

• Certification or training in mechanical systems or industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with methane or natural gas systems.
