Managing Director RNG

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve organizational growth and profitability goals within the renewable energy and natural gas sectors.
• Direct daily operations, ensuring adherence to efficiency, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Apply expert knowledge in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production processes, such as biogas upgrading, anaerobic digestion, and gas purification, to enhance operational performance and foster technological innovation.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives and shareholder interests.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team by cultivating a culture of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to support growth and diversification efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations at all levels, staying abreast of changes in local, state, and federal laws.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Experience: At least 10 years in the energy industry, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles within the renewable energy or natural gas sectors.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in RNG production, with a strong understanding of biogas upgrading, anaerobic digestion, and gas purification processes.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a proactive, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth awareness of renewable energy and natural gas markets, including emerging technologies, trends, and regulatory environments.
