About our Staff Accountant:
As a Staff Accountant at audiochuck, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and has experience working with GAAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and ADP.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll processes.
- Manage and oversee the AP environment.
- Utilize NetSuite or QuickBooks to manage financial data and reporting.
- Create pivot tables and other analytical tools to provide actionable financial insights.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the financial controller to manage cash flow and develop budgets that support growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
What you will bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Experience with NetSuite preferred, QuickBooks required.
- Proven bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
