Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Karate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching martial arts to students of all ages and skill levels, with a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and personal development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct karate classes for students of ages 2 and skill levels
• Teach and demonstrate proper techniques, and forms
• Promote Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit, and Respect
• Ensure a safe and supportive training environment
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare students for belt promotions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of karate techniques and trends
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

Qualifications:

• Black belt in Karate from a recognized institution and art
• Strong understanding of karate techniques, forms, and training methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Patience and a positive attitude
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Background check required
• Humility
