This is a new position for IT which will be pivotal in supporting the growth and profitability of PAG companies by facilitating various Information Technology activities, overseeing all aspects of our information technology needs, including managing, implementing, and recommending enhancements / innovative technologies to support the mission with a focus on delivering an amazing experience for all employees/stakeholders that rely on our IT processes, software and hardware.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for the operation of PAG’s global IT infrastructure ensuring the highest level of availability, security, and performance; Responsible for all aspects of technology support delivered to the end-user community.
- Architects and delivers new technologies to support the core mission.
- Oversees the provisioning of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services, including all remote facilities.
- Oversees troubleshooting of business systems and ensures highest level of system availability.
- Issues standards for Service Desk employees, Field Technicians, and Infrastructure Engineers
- Monitors performance metrics and SLAs; creates and delivers reports and analytics on performance.
- Leads Incident Management and Change Management processes.
- Manages relationships with service providers, business partners, and contractors.
- Develops and administers customer satisfaction surveys.
- Provide general oversight to contractors, consultants, offshore, and crowdsourced resources supporting the IT Operations team.
- Interviews prospective employees, conducts employee performance evaluations, and aids in career development.
- Creates and maintains an internship program with local universities and colleges.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.
Work Location: PAG Headquarters at 900 Circle 75 Parkway in Atlanta, GA.
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer science. Master’s degree would be a plus.
Experience: At least a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience within IT, ideally in a leadership position, in a complex, multi-system and multi-location company with a geographically distributed workforce.
Other: Ability to be on call 24/7 for outages; Ability to travel to other locations, potentially globally; Due to the nature of some of PAG’s contracts, applicant must be a US Citizen.
