*** This is a Remote Travel opportunity. Travel to our clients across the Greater Chicago area and out of state is required. ***

We are looking for a dynamic IT Systems Network Administrator (Engineer) with both Microsoft systems administration and general networking experience. As a Systems Network Engineer / Administrator, you will:

• Join our elite Professional Services team;
• Support all of Prescient's clients both remotely and on site;
• Establish, Maintain, and Provide the engineering direction needed to connect and configure Microsoft servers on enterprise networks for these clients; and
• Travel to client sites within the Greater Chicago area as well as to other states.

• Supports the operational and engineering functions of clients;
• Integrates new Remote Managed Services clients;
• Evaluates client-generated requirements and works with them to ensure the implementation meets their needs;
• Works with internal and clients' technicians and engineering groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required;
• Prepares operational and technical documentation; and
• Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed.
