Eager to hire a Junior Customer Service Representative to join a growing team! Looking for someone who has just a few years of recent corporate customer service experience. Open to training in some areas and eager to hire someone who's enthusiastic to be in the workforce with excellent communication skills.
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Develop rapport to establish potential client relationships
- Work closely with the Sales Representatives regarding their accounts
- Answer incoming emails and texts
- Will work with Excel. Will train on their internal system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
