We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all public areas of the hotel.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure guest rooms and common areas are in excellent condition.
- Deliver and pick up items from guests as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of hotel events or functions as required.
- Ensuring all areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Gardening, mowing, watering plants, cleaning windows, paths and steps.
- Handles any tasks assigned by the manager as and when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
