The CRM Administrator will manage and enhance our Salesforce platform, with a focus on assisting the ticketing and sponsorship departments to support their sales and marketing campaigns, as well as collaborating with other departments and stakeholders on any additional CRM needs. You will be responsible for using the Salesforce platform to collect, analyze, and report on customer data, as well as provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce, managing automation, and ensuring the CRM system supports the specific needs of these departments. Your role will involve optimizing processes, managing data, and providing critical insights to drive revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Serves as the primary Salesforce administrator and maintains customer records, profiles, and segments.
- Provides day-to-day support to Salesforce users in the ticketing and sponsorship departments and assists in resolving issues and troubleshooting problems.
- Creates and manages reports and dashboards specific to ticketing sales performance and sponsorship activities.
- Monitors and optimizes sales pipelines, providing insights to improve sales and marketing campaigns.
- Identifies and implements automation to enhance revenue and efficiency
- Stays updated on the latest CRM and Salesforce trends and best practices and collaborates with stakeholders to define and shape CRM strategy
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, preferably using the Salesforce platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present information clearly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with SeatGeek, Domo, KORE software, and passion for soccer and the professional soccer industry is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 5 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 15 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
