The Position: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Health Insurance Operations Manager to oversee our insurance operations department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the insurance department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Experience Requirements:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the insurance department
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor and analyze department performance and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes –
- Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and problem resolution
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in health insurance operations or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, regulations, and best practices
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
