Duties
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and products effectively.
- Oversee retail sales, including inventory management and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain financial records, including cash handling procedures and budget management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Make outbound calls to schedule new clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales management or a similar role within the wellness or beauty industry.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
