Duties

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
Negotiate payment arrangements with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Monitor accounts for accuracy, including debits and credits, to ensure proper billing practices.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes and improve overall account management.
Train staff on medical billing processes, financial software usage, and best practices in collections.
