Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are providing an opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Kentfield, California. This role operates within the financial services industry and involves working with computerized accounting systems, such as Great Plains and ADP. The function of this role is to manage various accounting functions and maintain financial records. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment.Responsibilities:• Utilize accounting software systems to process account payables accurately• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy• Prepare and present financial statements for review• Analyze Profit and Loss (P& L) statements to identify financial performance trends• Code invoices effectively and maintain regular communication with vendors• Generate detailed reports reflecting the company's financial status• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) efficiently• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget• Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the company's financial health• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions.
