Front Desk Representative

Sales Bizlab We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression while managing the day-to-day operations at our front desk.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the front desk
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff members
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
• Provide detailed information about our services and policies to clients and visitors
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
• Proficient in using office equipment and software, including MS Office
