Job Description: Project Manager – Digital Marketing & eCommerce
We are seeking a junior to mid-level Project Manager with exposure to digital marketing, eCommerce, demand generation, customer journey mapping, loyalty programs, and membership initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing projects that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. This role acts as a junior Program Manager of sorts handling 4-5 small fast paced projects at once.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation efforts, define scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop project plans and help live into and report against roadmaps.
- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery while managing risks and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
- Report on project health and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage projects focused on customer journey improvements, demand generation campaigns, and loyalty or membership programs.
Qualifications:
- 5 yrs of experience.
- Proven experience in project management within the digital marketing and eCommerce domains.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication.
