What you will do:
As our Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist / you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process and managing the candidate and hiring manager experience to ensure a consistent and positive experience. This role will recruit for targeted roles at all levels, based upon business needs and hiring goals. This role offers the flexibility to work from home a few days a week (hybrid model) and out of our Detroit Lakes, MN or Ashland, OH location.
The job:
Every day you will have the opportunity to build relationships by attracting new talent and launching people in roles that let them shine through screening, sourcing, and interviewing. You’ll act as a brand ambassador telling the SJE story and creating and executing on recruiting strategies that drive candidates to apply such as creative advertising, job fairs, social media, and employment branding.
The skills you need:
To succeed in this role, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and have natural strengths in communication, organization, detail orientation and project management. Prior recruiting experience is required. HR certification and a BS degree or equivalent is a plus!
