Qualifications:
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a product-based company.
- Expertise in order processing, customer relationship management, and team development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, shipping processes, and KPI management.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the customer service team, managing schedules and performance.
- Develop and maintain processes, including ISO-compliant SOPs.
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Process and oversee orders, returns, and vendor scorecards.
- Support process automation and meet KPIs while liaising with other departments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Pay: $44,663.00 - $70,246.00 per year
