A regional supplier of dairy equipment & supplies is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager for its new PA location. We are dairy farmers who serve farmers by installing and repairing precision dairy equipment. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to process orders and manage our inventory. Our Ideal Warehouse Manager

• Experienced: At least 3 years in distribution or warehouse operations. A background in dairy or farming, as well as chemical handling experience, would be a plus. Inventory management experience is strongly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Must have basic computer skills; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
• Active: Must be able to lift or carry up to 75 lbs. Frequent walking, kneeling, and bending throughout the day. Able to operate a forklift.
• Detailed & Organized: Accurately pulls orders, stages them in the right sequence for delivery, and ensures proper documentation in the computer system.
• Efficient: Someone with strong time-management skills dedicated to continuous improvement and finding ways to streamline processes.
• Team Player: Humble and hardworking. Someone driven by purpose & excellence. Cares about teammates & customers and is passionate about working together to provide quality service.
• Self-motivated & Driven: Assesses the work required, has the initiative to get started, and drives tasks to completion. Ambitious to reach goals.
