Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching leads, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth to meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, account management, and team leadership. This is a full-time position with significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
Core Responsibilities
o Research and identify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
o Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
o Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
o Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with potential clients.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
o Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
o Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
o Experience with Manufacturing, Hospitality, Real Estate Industries a plus.
o Strong research skills to identify new leads and market opportunities.
o Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
o Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
o Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
