Founded in 1975, The Council of Southeast PA, Inc. a 501(c)3 organization, combats stigma, discrimination and the disease of addiction. The Council’s mission is to provide resources and opportunities to reduce the impact of addiction, trauma and other related health issues for the entire community. We accomplish this through prevention, consultation, education, advocacy, assessment, intervention and recovery support services. The Council works collaboratively with quality accredited providers to offer the most appropriate care and support for each individual served.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Team! We offer excellent employee benefits and a positive atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· 3 years prior experience in client-service or non-profit support environment with proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and ability to navigate electronic health record system or interactive database.

· Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check, The Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance and FBI Criminal History Background Check required.

· Position is based in Bucks County with the expectation that Administrative Assistant will successfully manage multiple priorities and exhibit excellent customer service skills and work well with diverse populations

Essential Duties:

· Administrative responsibility for supporting The Council’s DUI, Outpatient Treatment, and Underage Education Programs

· Work well with people, using good communication and time management skills to ensure smooth operation and success of programs.

· Scheduling, data entry, and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
