(NEW) INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE FOR BUCKHEAD LAW FIRM (Atlanta, GA) - Our client, an established Atlanta law firm is seeking to hire a mid-to-senior level associate to join their team and work closely with a partner defending its national retail client in a variety of tort litigation matters. Ideal candidates will have experience with premises liability and general negligence matters. Candidates must have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and ability to work with little direction. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Georgia.
