Progress Schools is on the lookout for dynamic and creative Teaching Assistant to join our alternative education community! If you're passionate about fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional, we want to hear from you!

Progress Schools is part of The Progress Group, the Group is made up of six business units, each of which aspires to innovate, influence, and inspire others through high-quality and purposeful education and training. Progress Schools is a national group of 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools.
Our Albion site is additional premises for the main school (Hamilton Square) which is situated next door. Albion offers placement for 8-10 students with an EHCP who cannot sustain mainstream education for any reason. The team will work directly with the Head of School at Hamilton Square and be part of the larger team.

- Qualification: GCSEs in Maths and English C or 4 grade and above (or an equivalent)
- Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.
- Experience: Working within an education setting or equivalent.
