Duties
- Oversee smooth operations of the Church office.
-Interact with the community and church members and provide administrative support for the clergy.
-Prepare church materials on the computer using a variety of programs.
Skills Required
Prior office administration or related office role. Proficiency in written, verbal, editorial, and publishing skills. Strong organizational capabilities to manage various tasks effectively. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as email, Google Docs. Ability to operate office equipment efficiently, integrating computer-generated documents and copy machines. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to uphold confidentiality with sensitive information.

Qualifications
- Office experience, clerical experience, and administrative experience
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Docs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in event planning and budgeting is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.16 - $22.19 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
