Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the administrative aspects of our administrative tasks. This position requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure the efficient delivery of care to our clients and any other tasks assigned.
Must Have:
- Be fluent in Spanish and English
- Pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in home health care coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Compassion, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed to meet client and staff scheduling requirements.
