The Attendance Secretary is responsible for secretarial support in the main office.
The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skill and/ or ability necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High degree of competence with technology required: Access database, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Advanced secretarial skills required: Communications, phone skills, written communication, confidentiality, high degree of professionalism
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
- Ability to successfully contribute to the cultivation of a team-oriented, amicable, welcoming office environment for all staff members, parents, students, and visitors.
Compensation: starting at $21.59/hr. Further details can be found in the contract agreement under Human Resources on the distrist website.
