Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fun, lively environment? The York Revolution is seeking friendly and dependable individuals to join our team as Catering Hosts. Help create a memorable game-day experience for fans in some of the most exciting hospitality areas at WellSpan Park!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome Fans to Hospitality Areas: Greet guests as they arrive in exclusive areas such as the Bullpen Balcony, Home Run Patio, Birthday Zone and Diamond Deck.
- Check Tickets and Issue Wristbands: Ensure guests are in the right area by verifying their tickets and providing wristbands for entry.
- Ensure a Safe and Fun Experience: Assist in maintaining a welcoming, safe environment while ensuring guests have a great time in their hospitality area.
- Stay Active and Engaged: Be on your feet for approximately 3 hours per shift, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for fans.
What We Offer:
- Hourly Pay: Earn $10.00 per hour while contributing to an enjoyable experience for guests.
- Flexible, Game-Day Hours: Work shifts starting 30 minutes before gates open and continue through the event.
- Exclusive Access: Work in exciting, VIP hospitality areas, adding a special touch to fans’ game-day experiences.
What You Bring:
- A friendly, approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- A willingness to assist and engage with guests in a variety of hospitality areas.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and stay active during your shift.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
The York Revolution are a member of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB), a partner league to Major League Baseball. The Revolution host over 200,000 fans a year at WellSpan Park annually for baseball events, and many more for non-baseball community events.
