Zwicker is presently seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This role is a part of the Human Resources team, and you will be responsible for following Zwicker’s recruitment process, sourcing, identifying top talent, and building strong candidate pipelines. Recruiters work closely with all the Firm’s hiring managers, based across the country, to understand their specific needs and requirements and guide the process from initial sourcing to offer negotiations and onboarding.
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 per year.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct phone screenings to review job requirements and assess candidate’s qualifications in volume call center averaging 40 calls per day
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates
- Track backgrounds and communicate effectively with candidates during background check process, typically handling between 20 backgrounds at a time.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
- Adhere to federal, state specific and company employment practices.
- Adhere to workplace and client specific compliance standards.
- Achieve position specific performance goals for hiring classes each month.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Call center experience or recruiting experience in a volume setting.
- Impeccable notetaking.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to work afterhours and weekends as needed (from home).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with an ATS system, preferably Paylocity
Physical Qualifications:
- Be able to lift five pounds or greater
- Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
