Medical Representative 

Varnavas Hadjipanayis Ltd (VHP) is expanding its operations and is seeking to recruit a Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and providing high-quality scientific support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals by providing scientific information and support within an assigned territory.

• Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to present and detail the company’s product portfolio.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering scientific support and information about pharmaceutical products.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and therapeutic areas relevant to the portfolio.

• Analyze the market, monitor competitors' activities, and identify business opportunities.

• Participate in scientific conferences, exhibitions, and training seminars to enhance professional development.

• Maintain a professional image and act as a Company Ambassador.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of visits, activities, and results.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Dietetics, or other Life Sciences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.

• Sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, will be considered.

• Dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused personality.

• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).

• Computer proficiency.

• Valid Cypriot driving license.
