Business Intelligence Specialist

Contract of Employment, Hybrid from Poznań

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competitors regularly to build a knowledge base
• Financial data: KPIs, business analysis
• Other data: Trends, statements, news
• Create and improve global BI systems for market and competition info
• Continuously develop BI systems with relevant teams
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

Our Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as BI Specialist
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, finance, information systems)
• Skilled in analyzing financial data
• Fluent in English and/or German (able to communicate with top executives)
• Highly responsible
