Project Manager – Test & Verification

The job As a member of the R&D Hardware Test & Verification team, you will be one of three Project Managers responsible for overseeing all reliability, environmental, and legal testing of instruments used in analytical solutions. Additionally, you will plan and ensure that our team develops and integrates value-adding production tests, which are crucial for the seamless assembly of the instruments. At Foss we are looking to enhance and innovate our product test processes. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to elevate our testing procedures by ensuring seamless integration between product compliance and product development. As a Project Manager in Test and Verification, you will be a key player in our product development projects. You will be the project lead for the testing area, and it will be your responsibility to ensure deliveries within testing and verification according to our development model. Primary task You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of product testing and the implementation of value adding production tests. This includes the development, execution, and evaluation of test plans, ensuring product requirements are understood, met, and effectively integrated into the product development process. Together with the two other project managers, you will continuously improve our methods by incorporating lessons learned from the New Product Development (NPD) projects you manage.
