Operations Manager for FM Site

Your role
As Operations Manager, during the commissioning phase, you will work closely with our Commissioning Team to ensure that the facility is ready for operation. You will be responsible for assembling and leading a technical team to ensure optimal and safe operations. You will help shape the future of energy solutions through your work in optimizing operations and maintaining the facility.

Your main tasks

• Monitoring and maintaining the facility's mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Developing and implementing operations and maintenance procedures in close collaboration with other teams.
• Ensuring that the facility operates efficiently and safely, in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Leading and coordinating inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Documenting and reporting operational data and incidents.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to optimize processes and workflows.
• Contributing to building a positive and safe work culture, with a focus on teamwork.

Your profile
Ideally, you have experience as a marine engineer or equivalent technical experience, or you have worked with the operation and maintenance of technical facilities, preferably within energy, process, or refrigeration technology. We expect you to have practical experience with automation and control systems and understand the importance of effective collaboration and good communication.

Additionally, you should have:

• Leadership experience and the ability to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in an international environment.
• A proactive approach and a clear overview, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Experience with technical systems, troubleshooting, and optimizing operational processes.

Work location and working hours
During the initial commissioning phase, you will work on-site in Frederikshavn. You will also receive an introduction to the facility at our headquarters in Randers. It is required that you can access the facility quickly (within 30-40 minutes by car). Your primary workplace will be the LNG facility in Frederikshavn (Sandholmen 58, 9900 Frederikshavn).

The position is primarily daytime work, but working hours may vary depending on operational requirements. Salary is based on qualifications.
