Legal Counsel / Advisor

What You'll Be Doing

The legal function at NET handles a wide range of matters, including:

• Negotiating and amending international standard contracts
• Drafting bespoke contracts such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
• Managing contracts and handling corporate affairs
• Addressing compliance issues and regulatory affairs in partnership with our compliance team
• Supporting GDPR compliance, legal claims, and conflict resolution
• Acting as secretary for the company's owners and board
• Providing strategic insights on market entry, product development, and internal change initiatives
• Developing automation and AI solutions for improved legal processes

You'll also work closely with our market management and compliance teams, offering essential legal insights.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Our legal function supports all areas of our business. You'll play an integral role in this holistic approach, gaining insight into the energy market — how it works, and how legal advice shapes technical and business decisions.

You'll help position the legal function as a key player in both internal and external matters. Depending on your qualifications, experience, and interests, you'll also collaborate closely with our market management and compliance teams, addressing issues that require legal insight.
