Trade Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations – Handle imbalance registration, storage and capacity booking, trade and fee registration, and monitor credit limits.
• First Line of Defense – Identify and investigate mismatches, detect errors, and help mitigate operational risks.
• Knowledge Resource Development – Create and maintain guides, onboarding material, and process documentation to support the team.
• Project Involvement – Assist in onboarding new products and markets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A curious and eager-to-learn mindset, always looking for ways to improve.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• A proactive approach, always asking questions to fully understand processes.
• High accuracy in working with data and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with traders, back-office teams, developers, risk, and finance.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in the power and gas industry.
