What You Give Your Best For.

• Shaping the global Data & Analytics (D&A) Academy
• Analysing, planning and creating roles, learning paths and training modules to improve data skills across the company
• Planning and coordinating the creation of various training modules and campaigns focussing on data literacy, data culture and data management
• Defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and success of the D&A Academy
• Closely cooperating with international departments and external partners
  
  

Your Profile

What You Should Have.

• Several years of practical experience in data analytics or a similar qualification or training
• Leadership experience
• Proven success in designing, developing and implementing training or academy programmes
• Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts with a focus on knowledge transfer and fostering a data-driven culture
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively to various stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Business fluency in German and English
• Affinity for working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
  
  

Desirable extras.

• Experience in the areas of data and analytics and a thorough understanding of best practices and industry trends
• Expertise in visual language, design and usability concepts to improve training materials and modules
