I am partnered with a fantastic PE-backed Healthcare business seeking a dynamic and hands-on Finance Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to help build and drive the finance function.

The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive and capable of managing a broad range of finance responsibilities with autonomy. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans and driving financial excellence across the business.

This role offers an exciting chance to step into a high-impact position, with the potential to grow into a Head of Finance or Deputy CFO role. Key Responsibilities:

• Support all financial functions, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Help set up and structure the finance department and handle day-to-day financial operations
• Conduct financial analysis, support due diligence, and assist with M&A activities
• Contribute to financial strategy and provide insights aligned with the company’s growth and exit plans
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain robust financial controls
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams across regions

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a finance management or senior finance role, ideally within the healthcare and pharma sector
• Current or prior experience in consulting (1st/2nd tier) is a strong plus.
• Hands-on operational experience with the ability to manage finance tasks independently
• Strategic mindset with strong attention to operational detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both German and English
