I’m working on an exciting opportunity with a dynamic and growing PE backed business, seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join their team in Berlin.

This strategic role offers the chance to work at the group level, providing financial insights and leadership. If you're experienced with IFRS, comfortable working in LucaNet, and fluent in both German and English, this could be a great next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee group-level financial reporting and consolidation
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS standards
• Manage and optimize LucaNet for financial consolidation and planning
• Work closely with international teams to deliver timely and accurate financial reports
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and internal controls
• Support senior leadership with strategic financial analysis
• Flexibility to travel across European sites as needed

Your Background:

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong experience in financial controlling
• Proven expertise in LucaNet
• Excellent understanding of IFRS
• Willingness and ability to travel within Europe
