Mergers and Acquisitions Director

I’m looking for M&A Director for one of the leading PE Backed Clinics businesses in Europe

You will work closely with the Head of M&A, and actively engage in the negotiation process to support corporate expansion on a global scale.

• Location - Hybrid from Germany (Frankfurt)

The Role:

• You will work directly with the Head of M&A
• You will have a full range of responsibilities at the managerial level and you will actively participate in the negotiation process to help business to develop internationally
• You will set up a business plan, choose the valuation approach for the final target

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any other related field
• 6-10 years of relevant experience working in an M&A position within a fast-paced and dynamic industry
• Ability to confidently and independently complete lower mid market M&A transactions
• A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively
• Detailed knowledge of the individual process steps of the M&A process
• Ideally previous experience in PE-backed business, investment banks or Big4
• Strong German and English written and spoken skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
