I'm hiring for an experienced sales expert to lead the sales function of an established startup in Hamburg as they continue to scale as a business.
This will be the first official sales hire within the business, meaning you will be given free reign and responsibility over sales, marketing and strategic partnership strategy.
In simple terms, they need someone with experience across:
Sales Strategy & Leadership: you'll need to develop a high-performing sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all customer segments (B2B, B2C, and channel partners).
Team Management: you'll need to be comfortable building, mentoring and leading a sales team to meet ambitious sales targets.
Market Expansion: Identify new markets, verticals and business opportunities within the EV charging and e-mobility sector.
