Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Track the market news and corporate events and determine the implementations on the clients’ accounts accordingly
- Monitor and maintain the department's trading systems & tools
- Monitor company CFD portfolio with relation to Market and Capital Adequacy risk
- Track and monitor liquidity provider instrument specifications, margin changes, transactions, announcements, financing, and fee costs, among other relevant factors
- Collaborate with the Risk Manager, Technical Support and Customer Service departments in VIP and customize and accounts setup and operations
- Maintain deal recording and P&L daily
- Follow hedging strategy for A, and C book clients and Net volume
- Monitor clients' transactions and activities and examine their behaviors using Risk Management software, while efficiently analyze and leverage data for comprehensive insights
- Resolve customer service, audit, management, regulatory inquiries and addressing requests promptly and effectively.
- Conduct follow-ups with third party vendors in relation to infrastructure, risk systems, Plugin, Liquidity and Bridge providers to ensure smooth Trading operations
- Evaluate clients and assign them based on their trading activities as either A-Book, B-Book, C-Book or STP-Book
- Carry out other duties and projects assigned by line manager
Required Skills and Experience:

University Degree in Finance or Economics
- 3 years' experience in CFD, FX, Brokerage field
- Strong experience in trading platforms MT4, MT5 and Risk systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Any experience with Bridges will be considered as an advantage
- CySec Advanced certificate will be considered as an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Able to work shifts (night shifts minimum once a month)

- Working hours are shifts as follows: 2 weeks per month Morning. 1 week Afternoon and 1 week Night shift
