Position: Project Manager Modular Construction (Fixed-Term)

Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of multiple projects related to the manufacturing and installation of modular HV & MV units and modular data storage solutions. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management:
Lead and manage all phases of the project, from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
Ensure accurate project definition, scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource planning, budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Stakeholder & Customer Management:
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, deliver progress reports, and manage expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee the design, production, and delivery of high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) units, as well as modular data storage units.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications and standards are met.
Budget & Risk Management:
Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
Ensure effective coordination and communication across departments to meet project milestones and objectives.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project, including status updates, risk assessments, and final reports.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality control.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5 years of experience in managing large-scale technical projects, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industries.
Strong knowledge of high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) systems, modular solutions, or data storage units.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
Proficient in project management software tools
