To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly strategic marketing professional to elevate our brand and drive results across Ireland and targeted niche markets.
The Role:
We are looking for a marketing expert with a strategic mindset to take ownership of our marketing efforts, from planning to execution. This role requires someone who can think big-picture while also implementing detailed strategies to support our growth objectives. You’ll develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing plan designed to build our brand, expand our reach, and drive lead generation.
In this role, you’ll focus on aligning our marketing activities with business goals, using data-driven insights and strategic planning to execute campaigns that deliver tangible results. You’ll play a key part in positioning us as thought leaders, managing high-level initiatives such as brand strategy, campaign planning, and SEO optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Brand Positioning:
- Develop and implement a long-term marketing strategy to elevate our brand nationally and in targeted niche markets.
- Lead brand positioning efforts to establish us as experts in recruitment and thought leaders in our industry.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing plans with business objectives and growth goals.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Utilise data and analytics to inform campaign planning and optimise performance.
- Strategically launch new services and initiatives, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies.
Content & Thought Leadership:
- Plan and create impactful thought leadership content, such as blogs, articles, and whitepapers, to reinforce our expertise across industries.
- Oversee the development of all marketing collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Digital Marketing & SEO Optimisation:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads, and content optimisation, to boost visibility and traffic.
- Analyse website performance and ensure the platform is fully optimised for user experience and lead generation.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of all marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
Event & Partnership Management:
- Plan and manage strategic events, such as industry conferences and job fairs, to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients and candidates.
- Build partnerships with relevant organizations to amplify our reach and influence.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
- Strong background in campaign planning and management, with a focus on lead generation and brand development.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and paid media strategies.
- Excellent content planning and creation skills, with experience developing thought leadership materials.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and using insights to optimise marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
