Cafe Manager

Mullan are excited to appoint a driven individual as a Café Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing the team.

This is an exciting opportunity which includes coordinating café activities, managing inventory, training and supervising employees, ensuring the café runs smoothly, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere in the café, ensuring it is clean, inviting, and comfortable for all guests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by interacting with customers, addressing concerns, and responding to feedback.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Manage café equipment, ensuring all machinery is in good working order.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service, resolving any performance issues or customer complaints.
• Oversee daily cash flow, manage the café’s budget, and ensure that the café is operating within its financial goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a café manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
