Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s lighting products. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand positioning and lead generation to digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the lighting industry, a creative mindset, and a data-driven approach to marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for lighting products.
Identify market opportunities and create targeted campaigns that align with the company’s business goals.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, advertisements) and ensure they align with the brand's tone and image.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the lighting industry.
Analyze competitors and identify new product opportunities.
Digital Marketing:
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Oversee content creation for the company website and social media platforms.
Sales Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Provide the sales team with necessary tools, collateral, and training to support product promotions.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and track the success of marketing campaigns.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
Public Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media, and key partners.
Organize and manage product launches and trade show events.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
Performance Analysis:
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Utilize analytics tools to track customer behavior, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the lighting, manufacturing or related industries.
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
