  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): €49,000 with uncapped earning potential

Key Responsibilities


  • Daily Outbound WinBack calls to cancellation customers that are within their cooling-off period
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to maintain performance and customer churn
  • Support with lead generation projects and retention strategy to enhance customer experience
  • Deliver a range of proactive and reactive customer service campaigns
  • Build customer relationships by deploying Internal CRM system
  • Support with mentoring and coaching for our Loyalty team
  • Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Proven track record of highly achieving sales and retention.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an inside sales and client Retention environment
  • Experience using CRM systems is required
  • Excel skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office required
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and relationship management skills
