- On-Target Earnings (OTE): €49,000 with uncapped earning potential

Key Responsibilities

Daily Outbound WinBack calls to cancellation customers that are within their cooling-off period
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to maintain performance and customer churn
- Support with lead generation projects and retention strategy to enhance customer experience
- Deliver a range of proactive and reactive customer service campaigns
- Build customer relationships by deploying Internal CRM system
- Support with mentoring and coaching for our Loyalty team
- Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven track record of highly achieving sales and retention.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an inside sales and client Retention environment
- Experience using CRM systems is required
- Excel skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office required
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and relationship management skills
