Scurri optimises the ordering, shipping and delivery processes for a growing list of online retailers and distribution companies. We make it easier for well known brands to ship goods to their customers around the world.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive new business acquisition, expand our enterprise client base and secure high-value contracts. As such, duties and responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed ARR quarterly and yearly sales quotas
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and connect (broad and deep) with a defined list of GTM enterprise clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
- Fully qualify potential opportunities and ensure the Enterprise pipeline is accurately reflected in Salesforce at all times.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to Head of Sales and Senior Management.
- Influence and shape any request for proposals from Enterprise clients
- Link prospective customer initiatives and pain points with Scurri solutions and demonstrate how our value proposition is superior to other alternatives.
- Work with internal teams to deliver compelling sales presentations with defined value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of signed clients to Onboarding and Customer Success
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Scurri solutions effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, etc., to generate leads and build brand awareness in the UK, EU and Globally where required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following experience, traits and competencies:

5 years experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Enterprise clients (eCommerce, B2C/B2B logistics, parcel or SaaS delivery services would be advantageous)
- Results driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- A track record of closing deals in excess of €250k ARR in a consultative manner
- Be a commercial thinker with a high level of business acumen.
- Exceptionally polished verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and C-level relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organisations and identify potential opportunities
- Outstanding organisational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally regularly and at short notice.
This is a permanent position based in the Wexford Office
4 days per week in the office.
Driving licence and ability to travel across UK and Globally if applicable
