A growing demand for online shopping means that we have an exceptional opportunity for a Solutions Engineer to further propel our growth.
This is a full time / permanent role based out of our stunning new Wexford Town HQ.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the sales team with solution selling into mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Supporting the achievement of revenue growth targets.
- Collaborating with individual sales executives to understand customer needs.
- Planning, preparing and delivering powerful solutions that solve client pain points to product solutions.
- Relaying complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Building clear and concise SoWs
- Effectively communicating client needs and insights to the Product and Engineering teams for future product enhancements.
- Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in the sales process and product proposition.
- Coaching team members on the technical aspects of Scurri products and services.
- Evangelise the Scurri product - attend and speak at events etc.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

3 years experience in a customer facing technical role (SaaS environment)
- Proven track record showcasing software and complex technical solutions.
- Computer Science Qualification / Developer background
- Critical thinker with a solution oriented skill set
- Outstanding communication - written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong commercial understanding
- Driven and dedicated team player.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the UK and EU - planned and reactive to meet client and business needs
- Full and valid driving licence
- This full time, permanent hybrid role will be based out of our Wexford Town offices
