Responsibilities:

· Liaise with stakeholders to develop business, functional and non-functional requirements document for development of IT solutions to improve business processes, systems, and services to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery. ·

• Work closely with ICT team and business partners to design and implement change management strategies and activities to ensure ICT changes are smoothly adopted and integrated
• Create process flow diagrams, to visually represent business processes, workflows and system interactions for existing and new processes and solutions.
• Development and maintenance of project documentation including test plans, pilot and sign-off documents, risk assessments, training materials, and other change management activities

Requirements:

• Degree level qualification in a related field e.g. Information technology, Computer Science
• Experience with business requirements gathering activities including interview, workshops and surveys to elicit, document and analyse detailed business requirements.
• Experience in analysing and documenting existing business processes, workflows and procedures.
• Experience of implementation of business analyst activities throughout the life-cycle of solution development. E.g. process analysis, solution documentation, testing and quality assurance, change management

• Ability to engage and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective time management and prioritisation to meeting project deadlines and delivery high quality solutions.

• Skilled in creating process maps, workflow diagrams and business models to visualise and improve existing processes and document IT solutions.
• Familiarity with IT systems and software development methodologies.
• Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentations.
• Project management skills to define project scopes, and support IT solutions team in delivery of timely, quality business solutions.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data governance practices and considerations to ensure compliance with regulations and protect sensitive data.
• Knowledge of change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions when implementing new systems or reporting processes.
• Ability to present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
