Position Overview: The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for performing accounting and clerical tasks for the maintenance and processing of full-cycle accounts payable transactions.
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Process daily invoices - route and review in a paperless environment.
- Ensure no duplication, no payments missed, rectify vendor issues, resolve discrepancies.
- Professional demeanor along with strong verbal and written communication skills, in and outside of the organization.
- Recognize red flags and raise questions when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Experience with DocuWare and Microsoft Dynamics GP software a plus.
