The Position:
Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Production Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. This individual will lead a team of 50 employees, driving operational excellence while maintaining a collaborative and safe workplace culture.
Major responsibilities include:
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet client needs while optimizing resources
- Drive EOS and LEAN manufacturing initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Maintain stringent quality control processes to meet or exceed client expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of workplace safety
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Inspire and guide the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7-10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally within a precision or finishing environment
- Proven success in implementing and managing EOS and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration
- Knowledge of engraving and finishing processes is highly desirable
